Q: The app has no sound!!
A: 95% of the time it is because the little switch on the side of your iPhone/iPad (that mutes the device) accidentally got flipped. Please check this before contacting us.
Q. I can't get the sound to record in my app!
A. Go to Settings (it looks like a gear) > Privacy > Microphone > And makes sure the app you are having problems with is flipped to green. If it is, before you send a form, take a short video with your device and play it back to make sure sound is recording properly in other applications, even if you are sure it is :)
Q. I can't get custom images to work!
A. Go to Settings (it looks like a gear) > Privacy > Photos > And makes sure the app you are having problems with is flipped to green.
Q: I changed my mind about an app, can I get a refund?
A: Although we designed and created the apps, they were sold to you by Apple (or Google, or Amazon) so any questions or concerns regarding the exchange of money need to be directed to the company you bought the app from.
